Refund Policy
Should any error or complaints occur these should be notified within seven (7) days of receipt of goods when they will be immediately dealt with to your entire satisfaction, our liability being limited to the purchase price at all times.

Payment
All of the plants listed on our website are grown at our nursery in Bressingham. Buy with confidence through our secure Paypal and Stripe portal. When you are ready to make your purchase you will be transferred from your shopping cart to Paypal or Stripe at which time you will see the secure padlock.
