Enjoy a short break of sheer delight walking amidst unexpected colour and fragrance through our award winning Winter garden, led by Adrian Bloom.

Allow yourself to be led, tiptoeing, into Adrian’s magic world of winter botanical drama where fiery naked branches and trunks provide awe inspiring combinations, backed by a myriad of diverse shades of evergreens finely enriched by dry grasses and seedheads left standing among heathers and beautifully scented winter flowering shrubs.

Enjoy being pampered at this magnificent Georgian Manor, its spacious rooms, with large windows overlooking the gardens and home cooked food.

Choose the room type you prefer, we have 5 very spacious suites, most with garden view, and some smaller and beautiful rooms. All rooms except one (Phlox) are on the first floor.

The price reflects the size of the room and the views.

The Cost of the offer is for 2 people and includes 2 nights, 2 breakfasts, 2 dinners, one guided visit of the gardens with Adrian Bloom.

The Aster Room is one of our Suites with large windows on two walls, a 4 poster bed. It has a bath and a shower.

Lavender Bedroom – Couple price £850 BOOKED

The Lavender room is often chosen as a Bridal suite for the beautiful light and colour. It has a beautiful bath tub and a shower.

Geranium – couple price £850 BOOKED 

Geranium is our most spacious room, with a super king size bed and two French beds. It has a beautiful bath, a bow window overlooking the pond in the walled garden.

Peony room – couple price – £830 BOOKED

Peony is a very spacious room with windows on two walls, enjoying the beautiful morning sun. It has a king size bed and a single bed and a spacious shower.

Phlox suite – couple price £800 BOOKED

Phlox is the only room on the ground floor, restored and redecorated in 2021. It has a full bathroom with good walk in shower, its own lounge with a 6 ft snooker table. It looks out on to the terrace.

Echinacea – couple price £780 BOOKED

Echinacea is a very intimate, welcoming bedroom, slightly smaller than the others. It has a good shower, a king size bed and a French bed and chaise longue.
