Our Gloucester Old Spot and Large Black rare breed pigs are nurtured on a diverse diet of winter cover crops, spring herbal leys, and summer woodlands, ensuring each mouthful is packed with flavour and nutrition.

  • Tenderloins; arguably the premium pork cut, weight tbc, £20/kg SOLD OUT
  • Gammon hams; cured and oak smoked (uncooked), rolled, about 1-1.2kg, £17/kg
  • ‘Traditional’ English sausages; £5/pack (450-500g)
  • Cumberland sausages; £5.50/pack (450-500g)
  • Chipolata sausages; £6.00/pack (450-500g)
  • Bressingham Buck and Pork sausages; 70% venison, 30% pork cheek, £10/kg
  • Italian Salsiccia di Norcia with Fennel Seeds sausages; £13/kg
  • Italian Salsiccia di Norcia sausages; £13/kg
  • Smoked streaky bacon; cured and oak smoked, £4.50/pack (250-300g)
  • Unsmoked back bacon; £4/pack (250-300g)
  • Liver weight tbc; £10/kg
  • Kidney weight tbc; £10/kg
  • Heart weight tbc; £10/kg
  • We also plan to cure some select cuts like ‘coppa’ (neck), and ‘guanciale’ (cheek) which should be available for December.
