‘Black Mondo Grass’

Once established, makes a year round carpet of jet black leaves, good in shade where not too dry, excellent in a container. The black mondo grass has a multitude of uses including ground cover beneath shrubs or trees, as a pathway edging and will associate well with Brunnera macrophylla ‘Jack Frost’, Hosta ‘Francee’ and Hakonechloa macra ‘Alboaurea’.
